What is the Planning?

It is a key responsibility to undertake any electoral process of importance. it helps to achieve the effective use of human resources, financiers and materials, especially when they are scarce. It implies an organized distribution of resources toward the objectives, the development of detailed plans for the obtaining, distribution and reception of materials, to minimize the risks for the supply of materials and the capacity of being adjusted to necessities and changing situations.

Vision

They are the dreams of the organization that are planned to sum up in a certain period. we ask this:¿why where we want to go? Toward where  should to  go the organization?. is it convenient to use the imagination, because the big historical changes have begun with a dream. The vision helps to see the future in a clearer way. This means that the future you can program inside a process of change toward the continuous improvement. The vision is projected, responding with clarity to the question: Toward where do we want to arrive?

Mission

Enunciated short that establishes the general objective and the reason of existing of a dependence, entity or administrative unit; it defines the benefit that seeks to give and the frontiers of responsibility, as well as their specialization field.
