17. Technology and Systems of Information

Our generation, the Society of the Knowledge, has some own peculiarities, aspects that will influence in a decisive way in the form of to generate and to transmit information - so much at internal level as external -, in the kind of the business, in the own human relationships,... in definitive, it is not enough with to motivate and to form the human Resources, this requires information of the processes that will manage, and it requires it in an exact way, on time real, with a rich profile in content, etc... without a doubt we need of the technological support to take to good end all these good intentions.

• Informative technologies and Systems of Information. - it is a strategic aspect that requires certain span and decision. For example, companys penetrated in a important readaptations of processes (reingenierium), companys with new dimensions whose control concept has evolved considerably, etc, they are the more tendentes to consider objectives of this nature. The level of Expense-investment in these concepts is a variable of great relevance in the companys.

• Intranet - strategic Network. - informative Organization and Coordination on the Hierarchy of accesses. To facilitate the access and the distribution of the information among the different units business strategics and among the different ones responsible  begins to acquire a strategic sense in the current organizations.

• Databases strategics. - Quality and Quantity must conjugate efficiently to extract information of the data that are managed in the organizations. To approach aspects related with the one Mining Dates (DMK) and the one Dates Warehouse (DW) they turn out to be very attractive initiatives.

• Systems of quality and security of systems (Audits). - to Invest in security and in quality it requires of a maintenance of great level. The Audits in this environment begin to have an important interest and in certain sectors, a clear transcendency. It is usually a not applied objective in the organizations, although the tendency is to reduce the shortcomings of the systems and to give the users a technological support of high level, consequently a service of quality and sure. It is an objective to consider mainly in big corporations.

• Intellectual properties of Software and systems. - In according to what environments companieses this element is outstanding, mainly in sectors with a high innovation grade and dynamism.
