Another point to which should be lent more attention of the one than he/she gets used in the small companys it is the pursuit of the changes in the market and the client's preferences.

Once all the previous steps the company was completed it can begin to operate with its new philosophy but always controlling and monitoreando closely to be able to react quickly to the necessities of the market and to solve the errors that can arise.
